Free Immunizations
We have free infant and children immunization clinics every Tuesday by appointment and in Bremen the second Monday of each month by appointment at the Bremen clinic.
IMPORTANT! Appointments are required to be made for all clinics. Please call our office at
574-935-8565 between 8:00 am & 4:00 pm Monday – Friday (excepting holidays) to schedule an appointment.
