As of January 1, 1999, annual food service license fees have been based upon the number of employees maintained by an establishment. For food service establishments retailing only prepackaged food items, a flat fee has been established independent of employees. Temporary establishments which do not maintain an annual license shall be required to remit a straight fee per event.
