Technical Review Committee
REGULAR MEETING
The Technical Review Committee meets two (2) times a month on the 1st and 3rd Thursday's of the month at 9 a.m.
PURPOSE
The Technical Review Committee reviews petitions and makes recommendations concerning technical matters to the Marshall County Plan Commission and/or Marshall County Board of Zoning Appeals. Types of plans that the committee review are:
- Re-zoning petitions
- Planned Unit Development Plans
- Site Development Plans (Improvement Location Permits) located in L-1, C-1, C-2, I-1 and I-2 Districts
